Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades apply at your next cycle. Both happen from the dashboard, no email required.
One generation run of any content type. Regenerating a draft counts as a new run; copying, editing, and downloading an existing draft never does.
No — limits reset each billing cycle. If you regularly finish a cycle with headroom, a smaller plan will usually serve you better.
If the engine isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first paid charge and we'll refund it. Details are in the Terms of Service.
