Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aiarticleengine.com and the AI Article Engine application (the "Service"), operated by AI Article Engine LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AI Article Engine provides AI-assisted content research, briefing, drafting, and scoring tools. Features vary by plan as described on the Pricing page.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Seats are per person; sharing a single login across multiple people is not permitted. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Your content and ownership

You retain all rights to the inputs you provide and the content you generate with the Service. We claim no ownership over your generated content. You grant us only the limited license necessary to store and process that content to operate the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive (including impersonation), infringing, or harmful; to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; or to resell access without a written agreement.

5. AI output disclaimer

Generated content is produced by automated systems and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing content before publication. The Service does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.

6. Plans, billing, and refunds

Paid plans bill monthly or annually in USD until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. If the Service is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first paid charge for a full refund of that charge.

7. Fair use on unlimited plans

"Unlimited" generation is subject to fair use intended to prevent automated abuse and keep the Service fast for all customers. We will contact you before applying any limitation.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination you may export your documents for 30 days.

9. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
